Get to know a little bit about my journey.

HEY!

I am happy you are here! My name is Tiffany. First let me start off by saying, if you found your way here, this is a space of no judgement.  I’ve been on a journey to find my way back to stillness. I’ve always been a creative, optimistic girl — full of hope, ideas, and a belief that things will always work out.
But, 7 years ago, the stress of life finally caught up with me. My bucket overflowed. Anxiety became something I couldn’t simply “turn off.” And with it came the physical symptoms, the overwhelm, the postpartum seasons, the stress, and all of the things life can unexpectedly bring. There were moments when I felt like I didn’t know who I was anymore.
But deep down, I never lost hope because I will always believe in who I am regardless of how others view me. For years, I searched, I learned, I experimented. I tried things that worked… & things that didn’t. I dove into every corner you could think of — learning about the brain, the nervous system, movement, the vagus nerve, and the little things we can do in everyday moments to help ourselves feel safe, grounded, and present again. Somewhere along the way, I started finding something that worked for me: MICRO-HABITS! Simple little actions that I could actually use in the middle of real life — when my mind was racing, my body felt stuck in fight-or-flight, or I simply needed a moment to come back to myself. I kept thinking…Why isn’t all of this in one place? Why is everything that might help me.. hours & hours to learn or to do when I already feel tapped out. I couldn’t find the simple, practical resource I wished I had. So I created it!

The Rescue Reset ✨

An on-the-go pocket activity journal filled with MICRO-HABITS I’ve personally found most beneficial throughout my journey.Mindfully curated micro-tools to support your nervous system, gentle movement, vagus nerve practices, brain-rewiring techniques, and moments of stillness — all designed to be simple enough to reach for when you need them most. NOT add more stress and more to do’s when you’re already burnt out.  This is intended to be travel size comfort. Throw it in your bag, car door, small enough to carry some security with you when you need some extra support. Sometimes you just need one small thing you can do right now. This journal is the beginning of me sharing what I’ve learned along the way — for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck in their head, or like no one quite understands what you are experiencing. YOU ARE NOT CRAZY, YOU ARE NOT BROKEN! Show up for yourself even when no one else does! I hope this can help someone who in anyway felt the way I did when life gets loud.
